سرخجه یا سرخک آلمانی یا بیماری سه روزه، یک بیماری بثوری خفیف ویروسی و شدیدا مسری دوران کودکی و نوجوانی است.
علیرغم اثر زیاد واکسن این بیماری، بیش از ۲۰٪ زنان نتوانسته اند در دوران کودکی خود آنتی بادی بر علیه این ویروس را کسب نمایند.
سرخجه که در زمان غیر بارداری از اهمیت کمی برخوردار است، ولی می تواند بطور مستقیم مسئول عوارض بارداری و ناهنجاریهای مادر زادی بشمار آید.
