According to study results if these nurses in attention to their age and sex were assigned to their favorite wards and also get management responsibility, would have higher job satisfaction.}, Keywords = {Nurse, Job Satisfaction, Effective Factors}, volume = {20}, Number = {2}, pages = {1-7}, publisher = {}, url = {http://hnmj.gums.ac.ir/article-1-304-en.html}, eprint = {http://hnmj.gums.ac.ir/article-1-304-en.pdf}, journal = {Journal of Holistic Nursing And Midwifery}, issn = {2588-3712}, eissn = {}, year = {2010} } @article{ author = {hoseinzadeh, touba and paryad, ezat and kazemnezhad, ehsan and asiri, shahl}, title = {Predictors of Diet Self-efficacy in Coronary Artery Disease Patients}, abstract ={Introduction: Coronary artery disease is one of the most prevalent cardiovascular diseases in developed countries. Following a healthy diet and lifestyle decline emergence of the disease complication and readmission rate due to unstable angina and myocardial infarction. Promotion of self-efficacy after a cardiovascular event is the outcome that plays a vital role in increasing rehabilitation skills to modify healthy behaviors. Objective: This study aims to determine the predictors of diet self-efficacy in coronary artery disease patients. Methods and Materials: In this cross-sectional study, 195 coronary artery disease patients who referred to Dr.Heshmat clinic of educational -medical center in Rasht, through simple sampling via completing a questionnaire. Chi-square ,multiple logistic regression tests were used to, analyze the relation between dependent and independent variables and predictors of diet self-efficacy were determined in coronary artery disease patients.  Results: Findings of this study revealed that most samples (86.2%) had desirable diet self-efficacy. There was a significant correlation between illness perception and diet self-efficacy (p<0.05). Regarding diet self-efficacy predictors, multiple logistic regression test indicated that if the other variables were fixed, per 1 unit illness perception , diet self-efficacy increase 1.05 times(p<0.0001). Conclusion: According to results, illness perception was the important predictor in tendency of patients to follow cardiac diet program and patients with desired illness perception had higher confidence to control emerging changes in diet after cardiac event .Designing clinical educational programs and nursing interventions on the detection of predictors of diet self-efficacy could be effective in promotion of cardiac patients, self-efficacy in following health programs.}, Keywords = {Self-efficacy, Diet Self-efficacy, Coronary Artery Disease}, volume = {20}, Number = {2}, pages = {8-13}, publisher = {}, url = {http://hnmj.gums.ac.ir/article-1-305-en.html}, eprint = {http://hnmj.gums.ac.ir/article-1-305-en.pdf}, journal = {Journal of Holistic Nursing And Midwifery}, issn = {2588-3712}, eissn = {}, year = {2010} } @article{ author = {haghdoost, zahra and safari, mahbuobeh and yahyavi, hosei}, title = {Effect of Triage Education on knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses in Poursina Educational and Therapeutic Emergency center in Rasht}, abstract ={Introduction: One of the most important functions of nurses is preserving lives of clients in emergency cases, thus it is necessary that nurses be aware of triage procedure, so that upon which they can provide quick and correct nursing interventions to those injured by on time identification of needs in critical conditions. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of triage education on knowledge, attitude and practice on nurses employed in Poursina Educational and Therapeutic Emergency center in Rasht.  Methods: This is a semi-experimental study and data gathering tool included questionnaire (consisted of three sections of personal characteristics, determination of knowledge and attitude) and check list to assess practice. Content validity was used to determine the tool validity. Test- retest, Cronbach Alpha, inter-rater methods and simultaneous observation of two observers were used to determine scientific reliability of questionnaire and checklist respectively. Questionnaire and check list were completed by emergency nurses and researcher before instruction and two weeks after last instructional session respectively. Instructional program was presented in group by lecture and discussion method using instructional booklet and complementary equipments in three sessions each lasting for 60 minutes. Samples were selected by method of sampling based on target and 40 nurses employed in emergency center were selected. Ultimately, data analysis was performed using descriptive and analytical statistics by SPSS version 16. Results: Average score of triage knowledge from 16.25 before instruction to 30.75 after instruction, average score of triage attitude from 126.75 before instruction to 154.95 after instruction, and average score of triage performance from 39.77 before instruction to 55.85 after instruction were significantly increased (P=0.0001). Other results showed a significant relation between marital status work shift and mean average of score progression in knowledge domain (P< 0.05).  Conclusion: Findings showed that triage instruction was effective on rate of knowledge, attitude and practice of nurses employed in emergency wards. Acute and unrelieved pain can cause physical and mental complications, delayed recovery and prolonged hospitalization. Although using analgesia is usual to relieve pain, its complication, unavailability, necessity of taking less drug, especially analgesia, and also ineffectiveness of using analgesia alone, to relieve pain has focused today's nursing system on complementary treatments and non-pharmacological interventions such as foot reflexology. Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of foot reflexology on pain in cesarean section patients. Methods: This clinical trial study was carried out on 62 women who referred to for cesarean section Alzahra Hospital (Rasht city). They were randomly divided into two groups of case and control. The reflexology group received a 30-minute foot massage in two sessions, with 24-hours interval. Data gathering tool included a demographic form, step-visual analogue scale and pain score form. Data were analyzed with descriptive and analytic statistic tests using SPSS version 15.  Results: There was no demographical difference between two groups and they were matched completely. In case group, severity of pain after first stage of foot reflexology was significantly lower than before reflexology session and also in control group respectively(p<0.001, p<0.0001). The severity of pain after second stage was significantly reduced in case group a compared with control group.
