Parry-Romberg syndrome ‎is determined with progressive slow hemiatrophy of skin and soft tissue structures in face and ‎frequently in left face. Disease is more common in females. The objective of this paper is to ‎present a case of Parry-Romberg syndrome. ‎ In this case a ‎‏37‏‎ year old married woman is introduced. Atrophy appeared following brown ‎spots on the left side of her face and then she lost her jaw’s motility, chewing and speaking ‎abilities. Disease was stopped after ‎‏4‏‎ years without specific treatment and then treatment was ‎done with infusion of suctioned fat from abdomen.‎ M3 ER -
