In this study, the ‎‏47‏‎ question of Enrich ‎marital satisfaction scale and a questionnaire regarding and effective demographic factors ‎were used. The sample included married women of Brojen which consisted of ‎‏400‏‎ women ‎referring to health care centers in Brojen. Data were analyzed by spss and statistical tests such ‎as frequency, mean and X‏2‏‎. ‎

Result: Most samples (‎‏36.3%‏‎) were relatively satisfied with their marriage. Also (‎‏14.2%‏‎) of ‎samples were strongly dissatisfied and (‎‏13.9%‏‎) had strong marital satisfaction. The most ‎problem of these women was communication. But as the educational level (men and women) ‎increased, marital satisfaction also improved.
