چکیده:
این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی است و براساس وقایع و توصیف نحوه انجام پانسمان توسط کادر پرستاری در بخش های جراحی عمومی بیمارستان های شهر رشت سال ۱۳۷۳ انجام گرفته است. تعداد نمونه های این پژوهش ۴۰ نفر از کارشناسان پرستاری و بهیاران که در پنج بخش جراحی عمومی بیمارستان های شهر رشت وظیفه تعویض پانسمان را به عهده داشتند، می باشد.
