این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی است، که ۲۸۸ مادر باردار در معرض دود سیگار و همسران سیگاریشان که به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شهر اردبیل مراجعه کرده اند، بطور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و از طریق پرسش نامه داده ها در مورد میزان آگاهی و نحوه نگرش در مورد اثرات سیگار جمع آوری گردید.
