<p>چکیده</p>
<p>مقدمه: اختلال بیش فعالی همراه با کم توجهی از شایعترین اختلالات روانپزشکی کودکان است. نشانه ها از دوران پیش دبستانی شروع شده و در صورت درمان نامناسب منجر به عوارض جدی می گردد.</p>
<p>هدف: این تحقیق با هدف تعیین علائم اختلال کم توجهی و بیش فعالی در کودکان زیر سن مدرسه و فراوانی آن بر اساس گزارش دهی والدین و نیز عوامل مرتبط با آن می پردازد.</p>
<p>روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی 300 کودک 6-3 ساله مراجعه کننده به کلینیک کودکان در بیمارستان 17 شهریور رشت، در طی 8 ماه به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه پاولوری(Pavuluri) انجام شد که شامل دو بخش بود که در بخش اول اطلاعات دموگرافیک بیمار و خانواده و در بخش دوم علائم کودک قرار داشت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، از شاخص های آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای آماری تحلیلی شامل مجذور کای و تی مستقل استفاده شد.</p>
<p>نتایج: توزیع سنی نمونه های مورد بررسی 6-3 سال بود که بیشترین آن(3/60%)، کودکان 5 ساله بودند. بیشترین نمونه ها(3/58%) پسر بودند. فراوانی اختلال کم توجهی و بیش فعالی3/67 درصد بود. بیشترین علامت گزارش شده توسط والدین، دو علامت (سر و صدای زیاد در هنگام بازی کردن و پریدن وسط حرف دیگران و دخالت در بازی کودکان دیگر بود. یافته های آماری بین متغیرهای سن(004/0=p) و سطح تحصیلات پدر(001/0=p)، رتبه تولد(001/0=p)، جنسیت(001/0=p) و میزان درآمد خانواده(005/0=p) با اختلال کم توجهی و بیش فعالی ارتباط آماری معنی دار نشان داد.</p>
<p>نتیجه گیری: با توجه به فراوانی بالای علائم اختلال کم توجهی و بیش فعالی در کودکان مورد بررسی، ارزیابی دقیق علائم، آگاه سازی والدین و اولیای مدرسه در این خصوص پیشنهاد می گردد.</p>
<p>Abstract</p>
<p>Introduction: Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurological problems throughout childhood. All symptoms start from preschool age, consequently delay on treatment could create sever complications.</p>
<p>Objective: This study has planned to determine ADHD symptoms among preschool children based on rate of recurrence by parents report.</p>
<p>Methods: this cross-sectional study were carried out for 8 months on 300 children at age of 3-6 years old who referred to children’s clinic in 17 shahrivar hospital in Rasht. Data collection were carried out using Pavuluri,s questionnaire method which contained two section, in the first section, demographic information of the patients and family , in the second section, children’s symptoms were recorded. Date analysis performed via descriptive and analytic, x2 and t-student.</p>
<p>Results: In the present study the Age’s distribution were between 3-6 years old which 60.3% of the symptoms were found among 5 year old children. The boys (58.3%) were highest participant. Frequency of ADHD was 67.3%. The most symptoms reported by parents were producing high sound in the play field and jump in middle of conversation and intervention in other children play field. Statistical communication was significant, between age (P=0.004) and father education level (p=0.001) and between birth number (p=0.001), sex (p=0.001) and family’s money rate (p=0.05) with frequency ADHD. Communication wasn’t between age and mother education, job, parent relative, breast feeding during.</p>
<p>Conclusion: According to the results of this study and rate of recurrences of the symptoms of ADHD between children, holding training sessions for parents and teachers is essential.</p>
