<p align="justify">مقدمه : توجه به مشکلات رفتاری کودکان که بیشترین اشکال آسیب شناسی روانی کودک را تشکیل می دهد در تمام فرهنگ ها و ‏جوامع بشری حائز اهمیت است چرا که اغلب اختلالات بزرگسالی ریشه در تجربه های اولیه کودکی دارد. مشکلات رفتاری به علل ‏مختلفی ایجاد می شود یکی از این علل، بیماری های مزمن جسمی مثل بتا تالاسمی ماژور است. شناخت بهتر مشکلات رفتاری کودکان ‏تالاسمی مبنایی برای طراحی موثرتر برنامه های بهداشتی و پیشگیری از مزمن شدن مشکلات رفتاری و روانی در آینده است.‏</p>
<p align="justify"> هدف : این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه مشکلات رفتاری کودکان سن مدرسه مبتلا به تالاسمی مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی ‏کودکان شهر رشت با همسالان انجام شد.‏</p>
<p align="justify">روش کار: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی – مقایسه ای است که در آن 50 کودک مبتلا به تالاسمی مراجعه کننده به مرکز کودکان شهر ‏رشت و 100 کودک سالم همسالانشان به همراه مادرانشان شرکت داشتند.‏ ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر 2 بخش بود. بخش اول شامل مشخصات دموگرافیک کودک تالاسمی و ‏سالم و والدین آنها و بخش دوم چک لیست رفتار کودک را بر اساس گزارش والدین (ابزار آخن باخ) بود که از طریق مصاحبه با مادر تکمیل ‏می شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمار توصیفی ( میانگین – انحراف معیار) و آمار استنباطی ( کای دو ) استفاده شد.‏</p>
<p align="justify">نتایج : یافته ها نشان داد بیشترین درصد رفتار مناسب واحدهای مورد پژوهش در گروه تالاسمی(100%) مربوط به حیطه های مشکلات ‏جنسی و مشکلات متفرقه و در گروه کودکان سالم(100%) مربوط به حیطه های مشکلات اجتماعی، رفتار ضد اجتماعی، رفتاری ‏پرخاشگرانه، شکایات جسمانی، اضطراب / افسردگی،گوشه گیری، اختلال در تفکر، مشکلات جنسی و متفرقه بود و هم چنین نتایج نشان ‏داد اختلاف معنی دار آماری بین دو گروه از نظر مشکلات رفتاری در حیطه های مشکلات اجتماعی (0001/0‏ P‏)، رفتار پرخاشگرانه ‏‏(0001/0‏ P‏)، اشکال در تمرکز حواس (03/0‏ P‏)، شکایات جسمانی (01/0‏ P‏)، اضطراب و افسردگی(0001/0>‏P‏) و گوشه ‏گیری(0001/0>‏P‏) وجود دارد.‏</p>
<p align="justify"> نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که اکثریت واحدهای مورد پژوهش در گروه تالاسمی (94%) و در گروه سالم (100%) از نظر مشکلات رفتاری ‏کل، رفتار مناسب داشتند و آزمون آماری کای دو تفاوت معنی داری را بین دو گروه از نظر مشکلات رفتاری کل نشان داد و نیز بین ‏مشکلات رفتاری کل و مشخصات دموگرافیک به جز سن پدر (0001/0‏ P‏) ارتباط معنی دار آماری یافت نشد.‏</p>
<p>Introduction: Noting children's behavioral problem,‎‏ ‏which formats major forms of children ‎psycho-pathology in all culture and human communities, is very important because most adult ‎behavioral disorder originates from primary experiences in childhood. Behavioral problem ‎have different reasons and one of these reasons are chronic physical illnesses such as major b-‎thalassemia.‎‏ ‏Better recognition of thalassemic children's behavioral problem is the foundation ‎for effective health care planes and prevention of prolonged psycho- behavioral problem in ‎future.‎</p>
<p>Objective: This research was conducted to compare school-age thalassemic children's ‎behavioral problem with their healthy classmates.‎</p>
<p> Methods: This is comparative – descriptive study that ‎‏50‏‎ children with thalassemia referred to ‎children Hospital in Rasht and ‎‏100‏‎ peers with their mothers participated. Data collection tool ‎was a questionnaire including two sections: the first part including demographic characteristics‏ ‏of thalassemic and healthy children and parents, and second part included child behavioral ‎checklist in parent-report that was completed by the mother of the patient. Analysis of Data ‎was done by descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and deductive statistics (c‏2‏‎ – ‎test).‎</p>
<p>Results: Research findings showed that most of suitable behavior at samples research in ‎thalassemic group (‎‏100%‏‎) related to sexual problem and other problem and in health group ‎‎(‎‏100%‏‎) related to social problem, delinquent behavior, aggressive behavior somatic ‎complaints,‎‏ ‏anxiety/depression, though problem, Sexual and other problem.‎‏ ‏Resulths showed ‎that there was significant statistical difference between the two groups in behavioral problem ‎at social problem (P<‎‏0.0001‏‎), aggressive behavioral (P<‎‏0.00001‏‎) Attention problem (P<‎‏0.03‏‎), ‎somatic complaint (P<‎‏0.01‏‎), Anxiety/depression‏ ‏‎(P<‎‏0.0001‏‎) withdrawn (P<‎‏0.0001‏‎).‎</p>
<p>Conclusion: Results showed that most of samples in thalassemic group (‎‏94%‏‎) and healthy ‎group (‎‏100%‏‎) had suitable behavior and statistical c‏2‏‎ – test showed significant difference in ‎behavioral problem between the two groups.‎‏ ‏As well between behavioral problem and ‎demographic characteristics except father age.‎</p>
