Data were collected by self-designed questionnaire. SPSS soft ware ‎and descriptive statistics were used for analyzing the data.‎ Results: Data showed that from nurses' point of view in the domain of nurse –related," Legal ‎problems" had the highest score (‎‏4.64‏‎) and in the domain of management "inappropriate nurse ‎manager reaction "had the highest score (‎‏4.27‏‎) .Also ‎‏95.6%‏‎ of them reported that reporting of job ‎errors is essential.‎ Conclusion: Regarding impossibility of suppression of nursing errors, struggle for controlling ‎nursing errors depends on using a systematic approach with emphasis on management and nursing ‎care.‎ }, URL = {http://hnmj.gums.ac.ir/article-1-292-en.html}, eprint = {http://hnmj.gums.ac.ir/article-1-292-en.pdf}, journal = {Journal of Holistic Nursing And Midwifery}, doi = {}, year = {2009} }
